p\u00fablico y complejidad en las grandes organizaciones<\/li><li>Modernidad y diversidad Organizacional<\/li><li>Intervenci\u00f3n Organizacional<\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"text-info\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Objetivos particulares<\/span><\/h5><ul><li>Crear las condiciones para que se realicen investigaciones originales de alta calidad en el campo de las organizaciones, que contribuyan al desarrollo cient\u00edfico, social y cultural del pa\u00eds.<\/li><li>Fomentar el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n de los Estudios Organizacionales estableciendo intercambios con la comunidad acad\u00e9mica internacional que trabaja en \u00e1reas afines.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><h5 class=\"text-info\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Perfil de ingreso<\/span><\/h5><p class=\"text-justify\">El aspirante al Doctorado en Estudios Organizacionales debe contar con:<\/p><ul><li>Inter\u00e9s en el desarrollo de una formaci\u00f3n como investigador<\/li><li>Inter\u00e9s en el an\u00e1lisis de los fen\u00f3menos organizacionales<\/li><li>Inter\u00e9s y disciplina por la lectura en Ciencias Sociales y sobre el campo de las organizaciones<\/li><li>Capacidad para elaborar y exponer argumentos de manera oral y escrita<\/li><li>Capacidad para el an\u00e1lisis de fen\u00f3menos organizacionales desde distintos enfoque te\u00f3ricos y metodol\u00f3gicos<\/li><li>Capacidad para presentar y defender un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Conocimiento relevante en el \u00e1mbito de la Teor\u00eda de la Organizaci\u00f3n y nociones preliminares sobre los Estudios Organizacionales<\/li><li>Manejo de recursos metodol\u00f3gicos y epistemol\u00f3gicos necesarios para el desarrollo de su investigaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Inter\u00e9s por la generaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n el conocimiento<\/li><li>Habilidad para el trabajo en equipo interdisciplinario<\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"text-info\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Perfil de egreso<\/span><\/h5><p class=\"text-justify\">El egresado del Doctorado deber\u00e1 poseer un alto nivel de:<\/p><ul class=\"text-justify\"><li>Dominio de las principales corrientes te\u00f3ricas de los Estudios Organizacionales, as\u00ed como de sus fundamentos epistemol\u00f3gicos<\/li><li>Habilidad en el uso de distintos instrumentos metodol\u00f3gicos y t\u00e9cnicas de investigaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Habilidad en la selecci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de distintos enfoques te\u00f3ricos para el an\u00e1lisis de fen\u00f3menos organizacionales<\/li><li>Capacidad de reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica con aportaciones originales sobre el estudio de las organizaciones, considerando su naturaleza y contexto<\/li><li>Capacidad para promover y dirigir proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Habilidad para elaborar documentos de investigaci\u00f3n de calidad<\/li><li>Capacidad para generar,
